Tube Neon Flasher (T229E)

This circuit from a 1965 publication causes two neon lamps to flash alternately at a frequency that depends on the capacitors. The supply voltage can be between 80 and 300 V and the tube can be any double triode like 12AU7, 12AX7, etc.
