The purpose of this circuit is to trigger an auxiliary camera flash when it receives light from the main flash to obtain two foci of light and thereby eliminate shadows. The circuit can be designed with a calculator photoelectric cell and a TIC106 SCR. The transistor can be BC558 or equivalent. R1 is optional, with values between 100 ohms and 1k, depending on the characteristics of the cell.
