This circuit was obtained in a 1991 Electronics Handbook. The publication no longer exists, but this circuit can still be assembled, since the integrated circuit is a 4001 and the transistor can be the BC548. The supply can be done with voltages from 5 to 12 The delays depend on the capacitor, R1 and R2, according to the table next to the diagram.
