I found this circuit in a magazine Mundo Eletrônico, from the 70s published by my friend A. Fanzeres. The circuit uses transistors from the time, but some have current equivalents such as BC108 which can be replaced by BC548 and BC177 by BC557. BY126 can be exchanged for 1N4004.
