This circuit was obtained in the publication 101 Electronics Projects of 1979. The circuit can be assembled easily, since all the components are common. This circuit causes an LED to flash at a frequency that depends on C1 and can be adjusted in both potentiometers. The transistor can be the BC548 and the power can be between 5 and 12V.
