This circuit was found in a Radio Electronics Constructor, English magazine from April 1976; The magazine is no longer published, but the circuit can be easily assembled with BC548 transistors for TR1 and BC558 for TR2. The circuit tests general purpose diodes, providing the indication by flashing the LEDs. The circuit is powered by 8 batteries in two supports of 4 batteries.
