This circuit, found in a 1991 documentation, doubles the frequency of a TTL signal. The maximum frequency is a few tens of megahertz, depending on the TTL subfamily used. The setting of the operating point is made in R3 and the diodes are commonly used as 1N4148. The supply must be made with a 5 V voltage. The waveforms of the circuit are given below the diagram.
