This oscillator has its frequency controlled by crystal and its frequency can be between 100 kHz and a few megahertz. As we can see from the figure, the circuit uses a junction field effect transistor. The RF shock is 1 mH and the field effect transistor admits equivalents. The supply can be done with voltages between 9 and 16 volts.
