This circuit is from an Argentine publication from 1973 but can be assembled with BC558 and BC548 transistors for TR1 and TR2, respectively. The output impedance is 500 ohms with a 250mW signal. The power must be provided with an excellent filtering source and the signal cables must have excellent shielding. The number of entries can be changed, depending on the application.
