The frequency and active cycle of this circuit can be adjusted in P1. The LEDs flash alternately at a speed that depends on C1 and C2. These components can be changed in the range of 10uF to 100uF, without problems and their values need not be the same. The circuit is from NewtonC's Science Fair Projects. Braga.
