This circuit is from 1977 documentation, but can be assembled with BC548 for Q1, Q2 and Q4, BC558 for Q3, and BD135 for Q5. Q6 is the 2N3055 that must be mounted on a heat radiator. The circuit works with 6 to 12 V motors and currents up to 3 A. The capacitors can be changed to obtain the best performance.
