This circuit is from a 1979 documentation. The FET can be the BF245 or MPF102 and the bipolar BC558. The relay is 12 V with 50 mA coil. The circuit activates the relay after the time set in VR1. In the OFF position, capacitor C1 is discharged to a new timing from zero.
