With this circuit from an old 1973 publication it is possible to use a small speaker as a microphone. The original circuit uses a PNP germanium transistor, but we can use a silicon BC558 with an R1 increase to 15k or 22k. Do tests. The circuit is powered by a 9 V battery or even 4 batteries. The output must be made with shielded cable.
