This circuit consists of a frequency-voltage converter. The circuit can be used as the basis for an automotive tachometer project or in other applications. The 0.1 V output per kilohertz can be changed by changing C1, remembering that the integrated circuit used is no longer common in our market. The circuit is from a 1978 publication.
