The circuit shown in figure generates triangular signals in the range of 100 Hz to 500 kHz, depending on the values of the resistors used. For this range R1 must be between 15 M ohms and 3 k ohms. The amplitude of the signals is 20 Vpp and the power supply must be symmetrical at 15 + 15 V. Note that the circuit also has a rectangular 6.2 V amplitude signal output. To maintain the amplitude of the rectangular output signals, two zener diodes are used. The values of these diodes can be changed.
