This simple MW radio was found in a 1975 publication, but it can be mounted with BC548 transistors. The earpiece can also be a ceramic capsule. The circuit can be powered with 3 or even 4 batteries. L1 consists of 80 turns of wire 28 in a ferrite rod and L2 is formed by 20 turns of the same wire in the same core. An antenna can be connected to L1.
