This circuit, obtained from a 1978 publication, generates damped signals and can be used in musical instruments. The circuit supports equivalents such as BC548 for bipolar and BF245 for FET. The diode must be germanium and the capacitors can be changed to change the frequency of the signal. The damping factor adjustment is done in R2 and C3 which is a 330pF trimmer.
