In the figure we have an application for NLAS5113, a new device from on Semiconductor (www.onsemi.com) that consists of an analog switch that has a resistance of only 1.3 ohms when connected with a 4.2 Vdc. The circuit operating in the range of 1.65 to 4.5 V is indicated for mobile applications.
