This filter is suggested by the Texas Instruments Linear Circuits Applications, 1986 edition. The circuit uses a TLC271, but operational equivalents such as the CA3140 can be used. See in the math section how to calculate the components of this circuit. The input impedance is 10k and the source must be symmetrical.
