We found this configuration, which appears on other of our circuits and with the same or different operational ones, in a 1980 publication. In fact, the 741 can be powered with voltages from 6 V. See in the math section how to calculate Ct for the frequency desired. Capacitors from 1nF to 100nF can be used.
