This ultra-low consumption circuit oscillates at extremely low frequencies that can be adjusted in the trimpot. The circuit provides signals compatible with TTL logic when powered by a voltage of 5 V. Equivalent FETs such as MPF102 or BF245 can be used. The capacitors can also be changed to other frequency bands or active cycles, since in this case we have the production of short pulses.
