We found this circuit in an old documentation from the 70s. The sensor is an LDR that must be illuminated. The adjustment pot can be 100k or 220k. By installing the sensor in an opaque tube, we obtain greater sensitivity. We can exchange the original SCR for a TIC106 and instead of the 12 V buzzer or bell, we can use a relay to control an external circuit.
