This circuit uses the LM34 sensor for degrees Fahrenheit and has a scale from 3 to 300º F providing frequencies in a linear conversion scale from 30 to 3000 Hz. The circuit is from the National Semiconductor's Linear Applications Handbook. The components used are not easy to obtain today.
