This circuit is indicated for applications in alarms generating an intermittent high-power tone in a common speaker. The supply can be made with 6 or 12 V and the power transistor admits equivalents. This transistor must be mounted on a good heat radiator. The flashing can be changed by changing the 1 M resistor, while the tone generated depends on the value of the 47k ohms resistor, which can also be changed. See the figure.
