This circuit allows the control of a low intensity audio signal from an external logic signal. The trimpot adjusts the gain of the step that has an input impedance of the order of 100k ohms. The circuit can have the gain adjusted between 1 and 10 times approximately, functioning as a digitally controlled amplifier. The power supply must be symmetrical and transistors equivalent to the one indicated can be tried.
