Originally this circuit was designed to operate with microcomputers from 1988, but it can be easily adapted to operate with current microcomputers and microcontrollers, such as the Arduino and MSP430. The sector of the TTL circuit must be supplied with 5 V and the relay can be supplied with voltages of 6 or 12 V depending on the relay used.
