This circuit is intended to reinforce old car radios, having been found in 1997. At that time, radios and amplifiers (tape players) had few watts and a solution was the amplifier module as indicated. The circuit uses two transformers. T1 has 8 ohms primary and 600 ohms secondary to 3k ohms. A small 110/6 or 9 V transformer with 200 mA will do. T2 is wound on a reel of a small power transformer consisting of 100 + 100 turns of 21 AWG wire.
