This circuit produces an audio tone on the speaker or magnetic capsule. Rx must be such that added to the speaker impedance, it results in approximately 100-ohm. The circuit has its frequency determined by C1, C2, R3 and R4. See the math section for how to calculate the frequency. The transistors can be the BC548.
