This experimental receiver for the medium wave band uses a germanium transistor that can be obtained from scrap metal. The T transformer is a driver for the crystal phone case. However, we can use a 4k7 resistor instead and connect a piezoelectric capsule in parallel. An antenna can be connected to the circuit. The power can be made with alternative sources of energy or even one or two small batteries.
