This circuit was obtained in a Modern Electronics from November 1990. It is a traditional configuration that still uses the parallel port to control devices connected to the power grid from a computer. The Triacs can be those of the TIC series and must be mounted on heat radiators. The circuit also works on the 220 V network with the replacement of optocouplers.
