This circuit is from a 1995 Electronics Now. It generates a 1 kHz sinusoidal signal. See in the math section for electronics how to calculate the double T components for other frequencies. The power can be between 6 and 12 V and other operational can be tested. The trimpot adjusts the oscillation point and also allows you to generate damped oscillations if R3 is decreased and the trimpot is increased to 10k.
