This rev counter, which can be used in a car or engine, was found in a French magazine Radio Plans from 1977. The circuit can be assembled with BD136 transistors instead of BCY78 and BD135 instead of BCY58. The circuit is for vehicles with contact breaker, which was normal at the time. Note that there are components whose value depends on the number of cylinders of the vehicle in which it will be used.
