This indicator was found in a 1974 publication, but it can be fitted with the BC548 transistor or equivalent. Resistors R3 and R4 can be 330-ohm. The transistor works as a regulated 5 V source, as the integrated circuit used is TTL. This step can be eliminated if the circuit is powered by 5 V.
