This circuit was obtained in a 1994 Electronics Now. The circuit generates signals modulated in frequency up to a few hundred kilohertz depending on the choice of capacitors by the S1 switch. The capacitors can go from 100 pF to 100 nF and the supply is made by voltages of 12 V. R4 of 22k selects the frequency in each range.
