This pulser, found in a 1979 publication, airs and closes the relay at a frequency determined by R3. The transistor can be the BC548 and the 12 V supply if a relay is used for this voltage. A 1 M potentiometer can be used instead of R5 to control the frequency. The operational amplifier admits equivalent.
