This timer was found in a 1994 Electronics Now. The relay must be a sensitive type. If it has a current of more than 50 mA, it must be driven by a transistor step. Other timings can be achieved by changing C1. See in the math section how to calculate R1, R3 and C1 for the desired times. The supply voltage depends on the relay.
