This circuit was found in a 1973 publication. The operational ones can be exchanged for equivalents and the FET can be the BF245. The power supply must be symmetrical, and the frequency range is between 20 Hz and 20 kHz. The frequency depends on the value of C and the outputs are of both triangular and rectangular signals.
