The MC4741 integrated circuit consists of four operational amplifiers similar to the 741 in a single enclosure. The circuit is from the Motorola Linear Databook of 1990 and can be implemented with separate 741 operational amplifiers. The formulas for calculating the components are attached to the diagram.
