This circuit generates 50, 100 and 200 Hz signals from a 3.2768 MHz crystal and has outputs compatible with CMOS logic. The trimmer serves to adjust the ideal starting point for the oscillator according to the 4060 crystal. Other frequencies can be generated depending on the crystal used. The supply can be done with voltages between 5 and 15 V and the operating limit for the crystal is around 4 MHz.
