This oscillator generates a signal of approximately 400 Hz, which has its symmetry adjusted through the potentiometer. The frequency depends on the 5.6 nF capacitors that can be changed to obtain other output values. Note that the font used must be symmetrical. The feedback regulation that determines the symmetry is obtained by a pair of opposing LEDs.
