This integrated consists of a mono amplifier for battery powered recorders and radios. The load jumper allows low voltage operation without prejudice to the final power. The design also reduces the level of RF noise and guarantees excellent stability. The dissipation, no greater than 1 W, on the other hand allows its operation without the need for a heat radiator. This integrated is presented in an 8-pin DIL housing. Advantages of this integrated:

- Output protection against short circuit
- No heat radiator required

- Does not produce clicks when turning on or off
- Supply voltage-range from 3 to 15 V.
- Gain with feedback set at 40 dB (6 V supply and 8 ohms load)
For an output power of 1.2 W under load of 8 ohms, a 6 V power supply is used.
