This oscillator controlled based on a CMOS 4011 can produce signals from a few hertz up to more than 4 MHz, depending on the supply voltage. This voltage can be between 3 and 15 V and the frequency depends on the capacitor according to the formula next to the diagram. The positive feed is on pin 14 and negative on pin 7.
