This circuit generates a signal up to a few megahertz depending only on the LC resonant circuit connected to the input. Transistors can be replaced with equivalents. We found this circuit in a European publication from the 1980s. The circuit output is compatible with CMOS logic and powered by 5 V, compatible with microcontrollers and TTL working as a shield.
