The circuit presented is a 10 MHz oscillator with crystal, which already has several splitters for obtaining lower frequencies. The integrated is CMOS, but with 5 V power supply we have compatible outputs for the excitation of TTL circuits. The 4060 consists of a 14-stage binary divider with an internal oscillator. Divisions by 2, 4, 8 and 2048 have been eliminated in this circuit. For an RC operation, the second circuit can be used, with the component values scaled to 1MHz. With a supply voltage of 5 V, the current drained by this oscillator is only 0.8mA.
