We found this circuit in a 2002 documentation. The frequency of each note is determined by the resistors at the 4017 outputs. The circuit can be powered by voltages from 5 to 12 V and the power transistors must be equipped with heat sinks. The speed of the effect is adjusted in the trimpots.
