This configuration that appears elsewhere on this website and in this section was suggested by Texas Instruments in one of its operating manuals. The frequency depends on the twin-T and in the diagram is the formula for calculation. The power supply does not have to be symmetrical and almost any operational amplifier can be used. For the values used, the frequency is 60 Hz.
