We found this conventional sequencer configuration with the CMOS 4013 integrated circuit (flip-flops) in an 80's documentation. More 4013 can be added to obtain more outputs. The supply can be done with voltages from 3 to 12 V and the maximum frequency is in the order of a few megahertz.
