Ohmite TDH50 50W Thick Film Surface Mount Resistors are 50W high-power resistors in a TO263 (D2-PAK) package with matte tin-plated flange. Ohmite TDH50 resistors feature thick film metallization technology that allows for 2.3°C/W heat resistance from the resistor hotspot to the flange. The thick film technology also provides for long-life performance. The series offers a 50mΩ to 100KΩ resistance range and a non-inductive design that suits high-frequency applications and high-speed pulse circuits.
