Littelfuse AQ4324-01ETG Bidirectional Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) Diode provides high protection for single-channel electronic equipment that may experience destructive electrostatic discharges (ESD). This AEC-Q101-qualified diode array features a low leakage current of 50nA at 24V and ultra-low capacitance of 0.4pF, ensuring excellent signal integrity on the most challenging consumer electronics interfaces, such as DisplayPort, Thunderbolt, and high-speed USB. The bidirectional module safely absorbs repetitive ESD strikes at ±12kV (contact, IEC 61000-4-2 and ISO10605) without performance degradation. Applications for the Littelfuse AQ4324-01ETG include automotive antenna and RF signal ESD protection, near-field communications (NFC), USB Type-C™, and automotive SerDes with power over coax (PoC).
