We obtained this circuit in an English publication in 1983. Equivalent operational amplifiers can be used, and the power supply must be symmetrical. The cut is made by the zener, which must have less tension than the one used in the feeding. Note that the output is the zener voltage plus 1.2 V (sum of the voltage drops in the diodes).
